Hi I have graded, saved and submitted a Grade for a student ,but it is NOT showing in the Grade book
any reason why this would be so?
Hello Diaan Wajon and welcome to the Community! Just for clarification, was the grade entered in SpeedGrader, directly in the Grades tab, using the mobile app, or was this completed in a 3rd party program (Cengage, MyLabs, etc.) and the grade should have passed back from that program to the Canvas grade book? I haven't personally experienced an issue with a grade being entered and appearing in the grade book but I know that in some instances refreshing the browser window or opening the class in another web browser (such as Chrome and Firefox) solves issues that arise. You might also try contacting Canvas Support through the question mark icon if the suggestions above don't help so that they can look into the problem more in-depth. They may have run into this before or if there is a problem determine if a bug exists in the system.

All fixed, our Coordinator was able to adjust our subjects Grade book settings at a higher level of authority.
