I want to manually grade a fill in the blank question...

I want to use a fill-in-the-blank question because the students will enter several numerical values from some statistical output, but as they will all have different values, I can't enter pre-determined correct answers. I really don't want the question graded, as I will have to look at it manually when I grade the essay portions of the quiz. I can't see any way to do this, other than to put in a "dummy answer" as correct and just warn students that it will be automatically graded in Canvas as "wrong" but I will adjust it when I grade the assignment. Is there any slicker way to do this?
