A Way to Restrict Access to the Internet During A Quiz/Test?

Is there a way in Canvas to restrict students taking a quiz/test in Canvas from going out to Google answers to the questions being asked in the quiz/test.  I have a situation where at least one student has copied and pasted questions from a quiz/test into google search to find the answers while taking the quiz/test.  Although I have documented, time-stamped evidence that this student cheated, it seems that it would be better to remove the temptation by not allowing the student to access the internet while taking a quiz/test. I'm thinking this could be an option the instructor would select while creating the quiz/test.  That way, if the instructor wanted students to access the internet (for whatever reason) during a quiz/test, the instructor could allow that to happen by not checking the option.  Any ideas?  I don't think this is currently the case, but could this happen in Canvas by the programmers?
