I have an instructor who's course files are all saying the same error message., Anybody see this before and can the files be recovered? Files tab> click any file> get error below
Carlos, greetings! I'm sorry that your question has sat here for so long without a response! Did you ever figure out what the problem was? If not, then my recommendation is to contact Canvas Support. They should be able to help you figure out what's going on and get it fixed!
