Language Translation Service Within Canvas

We are looking to service some of our international students and would like to offer a translation tool for them on vocabulary that they do not understand.  Has anyone found a translation app or translation tool that can be integrated or built into Canvas.  I don't see one in the available apps but didn't know if anyone else has found a solution to this obstacle.  Tips and hints are greatly appreciated.

We found ReadSpeaker and the translation works great for everything except New Quizzes. There is a fee, not sure what that is since we never got past the 30-day trial.
