Lin, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having this problem! Are you still experiencing it? If so, then I’d recommend trying some of these options - clear the cache on your browser, switch Internet browsers (Firefox or Chrome), try switching computers and/or see if it works from your phone. If none of this helps then contact Canvas Support by clicking the Help link in Canvas and “Reporting a Problem.”
