Hi daniel and welcome to the Community! This document describes how to import content from Moodle into Canvas, How do I import content from Moodle into Canvas?. Have you seen this and has the process described here not worked? We migrated from a MoodleRooms-based LMS to Canvas and our process was very similar to what is described here and most of the questions came over as expected. As mentioned in the document, you can migrate all of a course's content to Canvas or select particular class elements.
