I click the link for the Welcome To Canvas training, and the pop up window tells me the event has not been published. No confirmation screen or confirmation email.

Thank you, this information helps. I am forwarding this issue to our Training Specialist via email. The Training Specials configures the subscription training accounts. The cysales portal is not the new portal that is to be present in your help menu as of June 1.
My Bad. I'm trying to access subscription training, and for all but this one session, the process works. I can find no way to send an email to the live webinar managers. Ideas?
Mason, thanks for posting this in Canvas Training. We'll be doing some troubleshooting.
I apologize for the issues you are experiencing. It would be helpful if you could tell me your institution and perhaps a screenshot of what you see and if you had pre-registered for the session before trying to access the session. We do not have a Welcome to Canvas Session, but the timing you are referencing looks like it would be the First Looks session.
In addition, since this is in beta, you can use the Webinar Registration link in the community which will continue to be available until August 1st. You can access that here https://community.canvaslms.com/community/answers/training/pages/access-training.
This is when trying to access Live webinars from cysalesteam.com/instructure. Yes, we have paid for the subsription, and I have been able to register for other webinars (and attend them). I'd be curious to know if your trainers had anyone digitally attend.
