I would first make sure that you are using one of our supported browsers. Canvas is best used with Google Chrome and Firefox. If this is not the situation, make sure that your display settings for your computer are not set so large that everything is too zoomed in or out. If you are still having issues, contact technical support from your help menu or technical support at your institution.
