No, I am using Canvas open source and that function is not there.

Not all of the functionality available in the hosted Canvas is available in the open-source Canvas. I know next to nothing about the self-hosted version, maybe even less than nothing (run that through your logic-meter).
I am going to share your question with the Canvas Developers groups, cause most of them are much smarter than I am.

I guess I am missing something. You don't see this in Settings under the Course Details tab?
If you don't see this, then I would suggest submitting a support ticket.
