If your school allows teachers to add other teachers to a course, you'll go to the "People" section of the course, then click "+People". There's a a description of the process for Canvas at

If you don't a see a "+People" option, then it may be that your school does not allow teachers to add people to the course, or they have their own process for doing it. In that case, you'll want to contact the Help Desk at your school.
