Why doesn't Canvas let me reply to student emails from my I-Phone? It auto sends me an undeliverable reply.
Pamela, greetings! Sorry to hear about the problems you're having! I don't think this is a Canvas issue because I use an iPhone and reply to my student's messages (from Canvas) almost every day with no problem. When you go to reply are you just clicking the "reply" button from the original message or do you click something else? If you are, then I would contact Canvas Support at your school to see if they can help get this figured out as it might be a problem on the back-end side of things at your school. If you're not sure how to do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
Hope they can help you get this resolved in a timely manner! It would be a pain to not be able to respond to my students directly from my email!
