Is there an ability to assign answers letters so you could have one answer be “Both A and B”?
Can you clarify in a little more detail what you'd like to do? Maybe I'm not understanding what you're asking, but wouldn't that simply be another answer in a multiple choice question, i.e
Which of these is a color:
C) Both A and B
Unfortunately, if you preview a quiz, you should notice that there are no A), B), C) labels included. If you were to add those to the quiz answers directly and then shuffle answers, you will cause unnecessary confusion with your students.
Here's what a quiz looks like:
There are no labels/letters automatically in front of the answer choices.
D'oh! We're a former Blackboard school, and I keep forgetting about that "no answer numbering" quirk of Canvas quizzes!
It's possible to manually include numbers/letters when creating the answers, but not to have them automatically numbered.
As with so. many. other.things. in. Canvas. (especially after using D2L), I can't believe this functionality doesn't exist.
