When I log into Canvas from my MacBook Air, I can only view the home page of each class. I click on grades or discussion tab and it loads but nothing can be seen? Help!
Hi Lauren and welcome to the Community! You mentioned logging on specifically with your MacBook Air and having issues. Are you not having issues when logging in via a mobile device or another computer? I was wondering if the problem you indicate is specific to the computer you mentioned? If you have only logged in with your MacBook, you could try using a couple of different web browsers (such as Chrome and Firefox) or maybe another device, but it could be that your instructor has not yet published anything but the homepage. If this is the case, all you would be able to see is that page.
Canvas Community members are fellow users from institutions around the world. Because of this, we cannot see your class specifically to determine if the rest of the class is unpublished. You could consider contacting your instructor or the Canvas support group at your institution. Either of these individuals/groups could check the course for you. Additionally, you could contact Canvas support (Question mark icon in Canvas). Support could also look at your class and see if any part of it is unpublished.
