Mobile app logs in to browser environment

Hi, one of my students is having issues with the mobile app. Whenever she logs in it sends her to the browser version in stead of logging in to the app environment. This means she can't view the content very well and has to log in again every time. She tried restarting as well as re-downloading the app. Is this something in her phone settings? Please let me know if you have the magic solution!
