Zoom LTI Pro missing Schedule button

We have a percentage of Canvas Faculty/Staff users, who when enrolled as Teachers in a Canvas course, see a Student view of the Zoom interface.  They cannot see the "Schedule a New Meeting" button from the Zoom LTI Pro page.

If you take these same users, and change their course role to TA, they get the Zoom scheduling ability.

These users do have valid Zoom Pro accounts. We have contacted Zoom Support and they have not been able to track down the issue yet.

I thought I would ask if anyone else had seen this issue.

I'm pretty new to the Zoom/Canvas integration, but in the configuration for the Zoom LTI Pro app there is a field to configure which Canvas roles are to be considered instructors in Zoom:

I haven't experimented with this yet, but it sounds to me like some Canvas roles are mapped properly and some aren't.

I find the Zoom Marketplace/app configuration interface to be bizarre; I got to the screen containing the above field by logging into marketplace.zoom.us > clicking on Manage in the upper right > Installed Apps > LTI Pro > Manage > Configure.
