Yes. I have filed a ticket and I was told that it is most likely an issue with my institution and not with Canvas. I created a ticket with my university they responded it was received but not anything after that.
I too am having this problem. I placed a ticket in today under the 'report a problem' link. Have you found any information on this issue?

Do you know what your institution's policy is with regards to profile images? There very well could be a technical error to blame for what you are experiencing but it could also be institutional policy to periodically remove profile images with an automated job.
I'm having the same issue. And I'm an admin at my institution and can verify we have no such policy in place regarding profile pictures.
I have just had this problem as well. My institution has never erased profile pictures before and I don't think they would start without warning faculty. My picture is simply gone, as if I had never uploaded any file.
My apologies for not responding earlier. Somehow I missed your replies. Have any of you filed support tickets regarding the disappearing profile images?
