Welcome to the Canvas Community. You did not indicate if you are a student or an instructor. Since you said "Canvas post" I'll assume you are a student who is replying to a Discussion post/prompt. There are instructions on how to do that here: How do I upload a video using the Rich Content Editor as a student? (And actually, if you are an instructor, it is very similar.)
