I am guessing you are looking for a way to provide streaming, narrated PowerPoint slideshows for your students without the challenges on embedding them in Canvas.
In order to "generate" a URL for anything, that thing must be on the internet. I know that seems like a "well duh" concept, but I hate to ever assume anything. An excellent tool for this is TechSmith's Screencast, and there is a free version. I have used the free version for years.
