"File Not Available" when importing from Commons

I am attempting to download a quiz I'd previously uploaded from a course at one college into a course at another college and having difficulty. I'm currently receiving the message that the "File is not available" and a window message indicating that the files are being downloaded and queued with a link to "Import Status", none of which I can seem to cancel or stop.

I also downloaded the quiz in a .zip file and tried to import it into my course to no avail. It sees the quiz but it does not show up under my Quizzes.

Any help would be appreciated.
