I have a faulty who is using Cengage Connect. The due date times in Connect are 11:59pm, but in Canvas they are showing as 12:59am. The Cengage Rep said it wasn't anything on their end. Any clue what could be going on?
Sarah, greetings! Did you ever figure out what's causing this to happen or are you still having this issue? My guess is something to do with the time zone settings in Cengage Connect compared to the Canvas Course. Have you checked these yet?
We put in a ticket with Canvas and the faculty also asked a few more questions to Cengage. Here’s what seems to have happened: “The time zone was EST, and they suggested me to switch to US/Eastern (which was not very obvious initially among so many options).”
That solved the issue
