Jayne, greetings! I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue. Is it still not accepting the grade you are trying to enter? If so, then the easiest thing you could do is probably contact Canvas Support (click the Help link and Report a Problem). Canvas Support will be able to really dig into the issue and help you figure out what the problem is.
