I took an quiz online using the Canvas and got a grade on it. It shows that is muted and I must wait for my instructor to grade it. However, I spoke to my instructor and he says there isn't anything odd on his end, even after he reset the quiz options and the date in which answers were to be revealed. I tried viewing the quiz using the Respondus Browser Lockdown but it still shows as missing. Despite having a grade, the quiz itself isn't counted towards the total amount of points of the class. CSN technical support has tried to help but couldn't detect the source. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
