My STUDENT VIEW is missing..how can I fix?
Hello Patricia and welcome to the Community! There are a couple of things you could try to see if it fixes the problem. The first would be to close the browser you are using, clear the cache, and log back in. Sometimes this resolve issues that pop up. You could also try a different web browser such as Chrome and Firefox. Not often, but I have run into situations in the past where things seem to work fine in one browser, but not another for some time. It would also be interesting to see if the student view button has disappeared from both the homepage and settings tab, or if it still appears in one of these locations.
If none of these work you best best may be to contact Canvas Support. Someone with Support could look at your class specifically to see if they can figure out what is happening. They could also let you know if anyone else has identified a bug that could be causing this.
