How do I pair Canvas with my McGraw Hill Connect page?

McGraw Hill should have provided you with an integration guide that includes instructions on how to do this. At my school, the Connect LTI has been configured at the root account level and instructors simply need to move it up as an active Navigation item or add the links to Connect in their Modules. You may also want to contact your Canvas Administrator or Canvas Support team at your school.

I don't use this product myself. But a quick search led me to McGraw-Hill Higher Education Connect helps support instructors from the course preparation to first day of class and bey…, which might help. As Robbie suggested above, the Canvas folks at your school could be your best bet.
