I can log in. I can not open files. I have a IPad. On my phone no problems I can negative just fine.
what does it tell you when that happens.
Which iPad and iOS version are you using? What's the error or issue you are having when logging in? If you can share any screenshots, that would be great too. Thanks!
Hi Erica - During this most recent term, I hope you were able to open files using the app! I also hope that one of the updates to Canvas Student was the solution.
