After I have registered for a course, when will the course show up in my student dashboard?

Hello there, Tara Barnette Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thanks for posting your question.  It's a great question, but unfortunately, I won't be able to provide a direct answer for you.  Every school that utilizes Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has their own policies and procedures in place as to when you will get access to your courses in Canvas (after you've registered through your school).  For many schools, their local Canvas administrators have implemented a scheduled process that runs several times a day to automatically enroll instructors/students from the school's SIS (Student Information System) into Canvas.  For other schools, instructors are responsible for enrolling students in their courses.  It really depends on how each school has chosen to do this.  If you are unable to see your courses, I would recommend that you reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or their Online Learning department...as they would be the best ones to help you with this question.  Also, there is this document here in the Community which may help answer some general questions for you: Why can't I access my Course as a student?
