Yes you can. You export the quiz as a QTI Zip file, then other faculty upload it into their courses. Learn how at How do I export quiz content from a course?

Katie, Kelley has provided a simple and direct approach. You might also want to ask your school's local Canvas admin to find out how they've configured Canvas Commons sharing for your school. Many schools choose to enable an option that allows teachers to share content only within the school—i.e. not making it available to anyone with access to Commons. In the ideal scenario, uploading the content to Commons would allow any teacher at your school to access it—and you'd only have to share it once.
