Help! Courses access denied

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a teacher and I have a Canvas teacher's account. 

Recently I started studying for my Master's degree and the teachers use Canvas to share their material (which I need to follow their courses).

I enrolled their courses and they say that everything is well, but when I login and go to their courses I only get the message 'Access denied'.

Do you know what is wrong?

Hi  @pek  Thank You for your question and apologies for the delay in getting to you.

It appeared that a few people had this issue at the same time. I assume yours has resolved itself.
