BOTS (for canvas help) Hours

I can not find the hours for BOTS (for canvas help) Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Hi  @jrussell189 and welcome to the Community.  I am not familiar with BOTS.  This may be a term that is specific to your institution, but this document describes how to obtain Canvas support as a student, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10554-4212710328 You might be able to contact your institution directly and ask for information on BOTS.

 @jrussell189  Welcome to the Canvas Community! I suspect your school has renamed "BOTS," since it stands for "Blackboard & Online Technical Support." My quick web search brought up a site with a phone number you can call for further assistance: Blackboard & Online Technology Services
