I can't see my homework at the modules

When I want to look at my homework on canvas and then modules, I only get a white screen. So now I can't look at my macbook what my homework is. Can you help?

Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser, and if you're using IE11, you should automatically be redirected to a page providing additional instructions.
Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.

Hi babette. Just to add to what Stefanie Sanders already mentioned, yesterday I ran into an issue with assignments not appearing on my course in Canvas. I was using Chrome and switched to Firefox which solved the problem. Chrome is my favorite browser, but if you try Chrome as suggested and it doesn't work, you might try Firefox as well. It did the trick for me.
