How I fix the third party cookies to use the Kultura app in Canvas.

I need assistance in fixing the third party cookies. Is it an Mac issue or a Canvas issue? I need to use the app and it won't let me. #kultura #cookies third-party

I am reviewing some of the older questions here in the Community, and I came across your question.  While I don't necessarily have a solution for you, I did want to check in with you.  It seems as though you may have stumped Community members with your question.  Have you been able to find any solutions on your own since September 6, 2019 that you'd be willing to share back here in this topic with us?  Or, are you still looking for some help with your question?  Either way, we would like to hear back from you.  For now, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered"...not because we've been able to find a solution for you, but more because we've not heard back from you in over five months and because there hasn't been any new activity in this topic for that same amount of time.  However, that won't prevent you or others from posting additional questions and/or comments below that are related to this topic.  I hope that's okay with you, Claira.  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

I also have this issue. I am not able to open anything on canvas from Kaltura on my iPhone. This is extremely inconvenient, as I would like to listen to recorded lectures while running, etc. 

The error message says I need to change my settings to allow third-party cookies. Despite trying several ideas, I have no solution yet.

I am using a brand new iPhone 11 Pro with the latest software as of today.

Edit: 

I just tried turning off “prevent cross site tracking” under settings > Safari > privacy and security, and that solved it!
Unfortunately, now I need to make that change every time, as I would like to prevent cross site tracking elsewhere. And, of course, since this is only a fix for safari, it still doesn’t work within the app or other browsers, as they do not have this settings option.
