Certificate of completion for non-catalogue courses?

Hello,
I would like to generate a certificate of completion for teacher PD training I have developed in Canvas. Unfortunately, all I can find are instructions for Canvas Catalogue. I use the VetTrak SMS and enrol my students from that system, not Catalogue. Is there an easy way to generate a PDF certificate directly from Canvas after all of the requirements have been completed? Badgr appears to just have badges, not certificates, and Accredbile is very expensive due to the number of certificates that I need to issue. Thanks!
