There is a class that I am not enrolled in that is showing up on my dashboard. How do I go about in removing it or who would I need to contact to get this situation fixed? Thank you.
Different schools manage Canvas enrollments in different ways, so you will want to check with the Help Desk at your school about any questionable Canvas enrollments.
In some cases, instructors have chosen to combine multiple courses in Canvas by "cross listing". They may do this if a course listed with multiple departments under different names (say, a "History of Art" class that is listed with both the History and Art departments), or if they teach multiple sections of the same class. When this happens, students will see the course that the instructor chose as the "primary" course, instead of the one they enrolled in.
