How do I import a set of uploaded readings from one of my courses to another, as opposed to uploading the documents one-by-one a second time?

Hello!

I believe the answer to this question can be found in this Canvas Guide. 

Pay particular attention to the "Content" options. You have the options to import "All content" or "Select specific content." Unless you want the entire course copied into the other one, you will want to "Select specific content." Once you finish the other options and you click "Import," you will then see an option to "Select" the content you want imported into the course.
