When I log into canvas none of my courses show up on my dashboard or calendar I need this to be fixed asap or I'm going to start to fail classes.
Hello, William Burns Welcome to the Canvas Community! We've had a few reports of this and it has nearly always turned out to be an issue with an incompatible or unsupported browser, so please try these troubleshooting steps:
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
We noticed this is an issue with the latest version of Chrome which is version 77. When a student opens Calendar, it's blank. Try doing it on Firefox and the calendar entries will show up. It also works previously on Chrome 76. Will Instructure have a solution for that?
Glenn, if your users are still experiencing an issue with the latest version of Chrome after they have cleared cache and closed/reopened the browser, please ask each user to submit a support ticket for additional investigation.
