Hi @nj_ross and welcome to the Canvas Community. This may be a question best answered by your instructor or Canvas Support (available through one of the options described here, How do I get help with Canvas as a student?). There are a number of places a list of readings could be found in a Canvas course depending on how the instructor has designed the class such as the Syllabus or Modules tab, on a page of content, or as a file. No one in the Canvas Community could look at your course to see where this list may be placed, but someone in Support could see your particular course and you instructor certainly would know how they expect you to access this material.
