Recording a Video Announcement

I have had trouble recording a video announcement using the rich content editor feature.  It records just fine and then I click save and nothing happens.  I wait and wait and wait.  It will not upload.  What am I doing wrong?

Which browser are you using?  I have seen this issue with Safari and with Edge.  The recommendation is Chrome or Firefox and make sure that they are the most recent versions.

Hi  @stermerl  Thank You for your question and good on you for making the most of the recording tool. I'm wondering about how long the recording is. Perhaps too long? Longer than 15 minutes can be problematic.
