Blank canvas

The Dashboard only shows flashing boxes, two short horizontal black rectangles (one is shorter than the other), and 4 equally sized black circles. Whenever I enter certain classes, all the tabs are blank except for modules, but every module is blank as well.ng

I use Safari browser and never had issues before this quarter.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

• Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
• Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? 
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
• If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.

I uploaded the latest version of safari on my mac, and cleared my history,

nothing changed.

 @l_sagun3484 ‌, please double check that you are on Safari 11 or 12 by clicking on the About Safari link at the upper left of the screen. If your version is up to date, and you've already cleared cache and cookies (not history), and are still experiencing the issue, please contact Canvas Support using the instructions Robbie provided.

Hey. According to Apple support the latest version of Safari is

updated when I updated the latest software. I cleared my cache. Will

contact canvas for more support.
