How to authorize integration?

I am trying to see my class syllabus and I cant see any documents that my teacher uploaded it says 

"You need to authorize this integration in order to use it.

Please sign in to your Google account and authorize this integration."

I believe I am logged into everything does anyone know for to fix this issue?

Hi Heidi,

Without knowing the exact circumstances it sounds to me like the teacher has used Google Docs to serve the class syllabus.

Does your institution give you a google account to use? If so, I anticipate you would be provided with a Google Login screen or similar (if you have some screenshots of what you click, and then what you see that would be fantastic to give us a slightly better idea).

Before recommending a course of action to you, it would be great to see the screenshots to make sure I am interpreting things correctly (especially when granting authorisation is concerned).

If you can please attach these (making sure you blank out any personal information/email addresses etc) that would be great!

Hi Heidi,

Thanks for that, if you could provide a screenshot it would be useful, generally you would get an authorisation screen if your institution has an integration turned on with a third party. What happens when you click authorise?

(i.e. have you tried authorising and it never lets you through, or you are seeking guidance on whether to click authorise?)

I am sorry for the late response but I got it all figured out!! I opened

something my teacher had posted and at the very bottom there was a button

that said authorize and it solved all my problems. Thank you for all your

help!!

I have clicked on authorize and logged in with my school email, and everything is fine up until that point, but when i click the next button after logging in it does absolutely nothing.
