I've recently heard that there may be some issues with people viewing courses using the Safari web browser. Have you tried downloading either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? I would recommend trying one of those browsers if you haven't already. Please check out Which browsers does Canvas support? for more information...keeping in mind that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser when navigating Canvas. If you still have issues after trying either Chrome or Firefox, please try reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they might be able to provide further guidance.
