How do i access my courses in canvas when it tells me access denied?

Hello Jessica,

Are you trying to access your school's Canvas server?  If so, you'll want to contact the school's help desk, to confirm that you are using the right address for the school's Canvas server, and to check the status of your Canvas account.

Hello,  @jreittie  and  Welcome to the Canvas Community! I found this page of help resources on your school's website that might help you get this sorted out (it reads "Computer Labs" but lists general help numbers as well): Computer Labs | Alamo Colleges
