That sounds frustrating.
My clever colleague Eric Werth offered this advice to someone in a similar predicament.
There are a couple of things you might check. A couple of days ago a few users reported page errors (see Instructure Status ). You might try logging in again to see if the issue has been resolved.
Others have also reported issues with browsers they are using, particularly Internet Explorer. I would check to see if my browser is updated and supported (see Which browsers does Canvas support?) as well as if my computer OS is supported (see What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?), and try accessing my class in Chrome and Firefox.
If none of this works then I suggest you contact Canvas Support (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?) and see if they have any insight.
