"rate limit exceeded"
What does this mean in reference to authorizing google drive?
This is what we received from Support:

Since Collaborations work with a tool outside of Canvas (Google Drive/Docs, in this case), they occasionally have hiccups that stop them from working every now and again, and usually, switching web browsers or even just refreshing the page and trying again solves the problem.
Were you able to get it to work by trying again? Or is this still giving you trouble? If so, then please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using the guide below:
If you have any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us by replying to this email and we will be more than happy to further assist you."
This is happening to us too. We've received two reports of errors when starting collaborations and getting the "Rate Limit Exceeded" in the stacktrace.
Once Support updates our ticket, I will add the update to this question. We have seen this error more and more over the last few days but we have seen it since at least 2016.
