I am still having trouble seeing my information on my dashboard. I have tried everything I can think of, and I can't download any other search engine, I have a Mac and can only use safari.
Hi, Jeni Hernandez Welcome to the Canvas Community! You'll need to make sure that your version of Safari is one of the two most recent versions. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
First, please check the version of Safari you're using (by clicking on Safari at the upper left and then About Safari) to ensure that you're using Safari 12 or 13 (at this writing, these are the two most recent versions). If you're not using 12 or 13, you'll need to update your browser to the latest version, and to do that, you'll need to update the Mac OS itself (What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?).
If you're already on the latest version of Safari, clear the cache and cookies in the Safari browser, close and then relaunch the browser.
Last, try switching to a different browser. It is definitely possible to download and use browsers besides Safari on a Mac. I too am a Mac user, and I generally access Canvas through Chrome; Firefox works well also. Here's a list of supported browsers: Which browsers does Canvas support?
