Inbox Messages No Longer Sent/Duplicated to Instructor Email

In the past any Inbox messages sent from student to me, the instructor have simultaneously been sent/duplicated to my email address.  This is no longer occurring and is a functionality I appreciate. 

Has something changed with the Inbox functionality or is there a modification I need to make within my notifications or profile?
