How can I check which students have read the course announcements? Thanks.

And thanks for your question. Unfortunately I do not know of any way to see if individual students have seen an announcement.

It may be prudent to remind students to keep their notifications turned on also. Here's a guide to assist with that:

Bobby's correct. There's not a simple "view count" or "view list" that documets who has read a specific announcement.
