I uploaded a powerpoint to canvas and a professor said that it was appearing as a PDF. Does anyone know why that would be and how to resolve it?

Hello Paige Shaltis, I believe when a professor views a PowerPoint within Canvas, such as in the SpeedGrader, it appears as a PDF. They have to download it to see it as a powerpoint.
Obviously there is the chance that you uploaded it as a PDF but guessing since you are asking the question you are, that you already made sure it was a .ppt or .pptx file that you uploaded.
