Uploading video to canvas

I am trying to upload a 45 minute video recording to Canvas by using Studio and I've also tried uploading through Google drive. I have a macbook. My uploads are not being completed and it is saying "unable to process" in canvas. How can I get my video to upload into canvas?

I would submit a help ticket with this.  45 minutes should be fine but it might be too large a file and the upload times out.  Canvas support have been great in testing this for me in the past
