Question Group: Students Can't Choose??

I was disappointed to learn that the Question Group option in Quizzes chose the questions for the students. I thought the student would be able to choose 1 question from the 4 questions in the Question Group to answer. Is there a way to make this possible? I sure hope there is!

Hi Ashley,
The option you describe is meant to create some randomization and that is why student's can't choose for themselves. To do what you are asking, the way I've seen it done for essays is to put the text prompt for each question into a single essay question and then tell students to pick and only answer one of them.
